Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garments are unwashed, unworn, and have all original Bal Bharat tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package from your registered address.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the returned items, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or the exchange size will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
